Follow These 3 Carb Secrets To Lose Fat

What's the deal with carbs...
Are they good for you? Are they bad for you? Do they make you fat? 
Unfortunately if you put 3 experts in a room, you'd probably get 3 different answers. 
Fortunately, I'm the only one in this room (besides my dog)...so I guess you'll just have to take my advice ;)

Most people assume that I'm an anti-carb guy. WRONG! I eat carbs...but I follow these 3 tips as well as my TQT nutrition plan to get the most out of them.
