Check Out This Triple Threat "Cardio" Workout

Question for you...if your fitness goal is to lose fat...do you:
A) get on a cardio machine, turn on the TV or pull out a magazine, set the speed for low intensity, and walk/jog until you hit exhaustion
or
B) hit the weight room floor for some isolation exercises such as bicep curls, shoulder shrugs, and leg extensions
or

Can You Still "Live Life" & Follow A Healthy Lifestyle?

For a few years now I've been the focus of many jokes from friends and associates based on the healthy choices I make every day.
The jokes are always meant for fun, like the time I was in the hockey locker room getting changed when a guy sitting across from me yelled... 
"Hey, what are those ripples coming out of your stomach! That's not normal man, you should go to the doctor!" (it's funny because the guy who said this was actually a former 1st round draft pick in the NHL...go figure).
Anyway, the common misconception people often make is that you have to deprive yourself of "living life" if you want to maintain a consistent healthy lifestyle.
