Get The Truth About This Health Issue


When I first decided to get into shape, one of my initial action steps was to get a subscription to a popular mainstream fitness magazine. I admit, after reading the first few issues I was engaged and was excited to hit the gym and eat healthier. 
Unfortunately, after a few months, I started to realize a lot of the articles were just "fluff" with little substance. I mean, how many times can you read about "getting six pack abs in 6 days" before you finally pull the plug and hit the BS button!
   
However, once in a while these magazines come out with informative content that goes against mainstream thinking. Fortunately this article backs me up regarding my controversial thoughts regarding this health/nutrition issue.
Rather than send you to read the 6 page article that's filled with boring research findings, I've written a Cole's Notes summary and published it on my blog...
